Elstein FSL long panel heaters are ceramic infrared heaters with a low overall height, designed for operating temperatures up to 700 °C and surface ratings up to 45 kW/ m².
They have two sockets with integrated twisted litz fixing wires, so that FSL heaters are easy to install and are space-saving. No special pre-punched holders or reflector plates are required for the assembly.
FSL series heaters are particularly suitable for lamellar heating tasks due to their long narrow design.
An example for lamellar heating tasks can be found in the lamp industry where FSL heaters are used for curing the coating of fluorescent tubes.
Elstein FSL long panel heaters are available in two designs with 300 W and 600 W.

The power can be controlled by using thermocouple heaters with TRD temperature controllers, TSE thyristor switching units and other accessories.
The national safety regulations must be complied with for the respective application, for example, the IEC or EN standard 60519-1, Safety in electrical heating installations.

So far the power of ceramic panel heaters was limited to 64 kW/ m². This limit is exceeded by the Elstein SHTS/100 super high temperature heater from 64 kW/ m² to 80 kW/ m².
It has a nominal power of 800 W and can continuously operate with temperatures of up to 900 °C.
Infrared radiation areas can be assembled using MTO stainless steel mounting carriers.
SHTS/100 with the dimensions 96 x 96 mm and a surface rating of 80 kW/ m² is a variant of the SHTS heater with the dimensions 122 x 122 mm and a surface rating of 77 kW/ m².
The SHTS radiator belongs to the SHTS Series, which contains 4 standard designs. These standard designs have customary market dimensions.

Elstein HLF/S panel heaters are ceramic infrared heaters, which can be used for operating temperatures up to 750 °C and surface ratings up to 64 kW/ m².
HLF/S heaters are available in a square frame size, as an equipment for larger heating panels, which can optionally be equipped with or without an additional solid insulation of the heating panel.
The HLF/S heater, with it's increased back side, like a pyramid and it's extended thermal insulated internal space, sets a relevant heat resistance and thus allows the target increase of the efficiency of the heater and of the heating panel.
Elstein HLF/S panel heaters cover the power range from 250 W to 1000 W.
Elstein HSR high speed radiators are quick-reaction ceramic infrared panel heaters, designed for operating temperatures up to 900 °C and surface ratings up to 64 kW/ m².
The external characteristics of the HSR heaters is their visible heating coil, which is installed in a ceramic body. The heat released in the wiring space by this design is up to 65 % less compared to infrared heaters with a heating coil embedded in ceramic.
HSR high speed heaters are particularly suitable for use in clocked production processes, for frequent tool changes or if the temperature has to drop quickly in case of transfer disruptions, in order to prevent damage to the production plant.
Elstein HSR high speed heaters are available in three designs and cover the power range from 125 W to 1000 W.
Elstein HFS panel heaters are ceramic infrared heaters, which are designed for medium surface ratings up to 38.4 kW/ m² and operating temperatures up to 700 °C.
HFS Series heaters are made using a hollow casting ceramic process. Compared to ceramic IR heaters produced using the full-pour casting process, HFS heaters have a considerably shorter heat-up time.
This technology was successfully used first for HFS heaters and then further developed for subsequent models.
HFS panel heaters are available in four designs and cover the power range from 60 W to 600 W.
Elstein HFS panel heaters have customary market dimensions and can therefore be replaced with heaters with the relevant properties if the requirements change.
Elstein IRH/S infrared radiators are ceramic radiators. Their radiating surface is arranged in six small longish and bi-convexly designed radiation surfaces.
The whole radiation surface of IRH/S is also convexly designed with a white glaze.
Such model is more advantageous for the radiation distribution in the room. Additionally also aesthetical requirements in the wellness sector are fulfilled.
The IRH/S radiator is fixed to the reflector by using the Elstein standard socket. Due to this kind of fixing and also due to the outer dimensions of the radiator a relatively simple retro- or backfitting of existing systems is possible.
The thermally insulating inner space of IRH/S has a share in improving the radiator‘s efficiency.
When connected to 230 V the Elstein IRH/S infrared radiators are available in wattages of 150, 200 and 250 W.
Elstein IRH infrared radiators are ceramic radiators in bi-convex design.
The radiating surface consists of ten small longishradiation surfaces, which are also designed in a convex shape.
Compared to IRH/S the radiating surface was enlargedby almost 60 %, which is more advantageous for the radiation distribution in the room.
Additionally also aesthetical requirements in the wellness sector are fulfilled in a particular way.
The thermally insulating inner space of IRH has a share in improving the radiator‘s efficiency.
When connected to 230 V the Elstein IRH infrared radiators are available in wattages of 200 W and250 W.
Elstein Infrared Sauna Heaters WKS are Ceramic Heaters which are, concerning material, geometry, function, design and mounting, made for the requirements of IR Saunas as well as for Room Heating.
Based on its operating temperature as well as the size of the heating surface, the WKS emits an optimal wavelength range.
The back sided insulation contributes a high efficiency of this heater.
MaxLife FSM Series
Elstein MaxLife FSM panel heaters are ceramic infrared heaters, which are designed for operating temperatures up to 720 °C. Surface ratings of up to 64 kW/ m² can be installed.
The durability of MaxLife panel heaters FSM has been maximized. Thus they are usable for 35000 hours and more when operated correctly and under normal conditions.
Due to this significantly longer service life of MaxLife heaters the cost for heater exchange is reduced. Thus there are much lower cost per operating hour.
A guarantee of operation about 20000 hours or 3 years beginning from the manufacturing date exists for heaters of the FSM series on the basis of correct heater use and normal operating conditions.

Elstein LCR large curved radiators are ceramic infrared panel heaters, which are designed for operating temperatures up to 750 °C. Surface ratings of up to 60 kW/ m² can be installed.
LCR heaters are made using a full-pour casting ceramic process and are characterised by their large size and concave design. Due to the latter, there is a space between the heaters and mounting plate, which reduces the heat absorbed by the wiring space.
For some special applications the large size can reduce the mounting and installation work compared to the regular sizes of ceramic infrared heaters.
Elstein LCR large curved radiators are for universal use and are suitable for assembling heating areas with any geometry required.
The covered power range is 400 W up to 1500 W.
