We offer three types of industrial tubular heaters
including Tubular Elements, Screw Plug Immersion Heaters and Flanged
Immersion Heaters. Each end of the coil is welded to the screw's of inner
end, which remain covered in the tube and the other end of the screw
protrudes outside the tube, which is to be connected to the power supply.

to the power supply.
Features:
- Coil is made up of helically wound Nickel Chrome wire, which is
housed in a tube of SS 304 sheath.
- Magnesium Oxide (MgO).
- High thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and heater life.
- Filled tube of these heaters is then evenly compressed in Swaging
Machine, to reduce the tube diameter and to hold the coil firmly in
the center of the tube.
- Can be mounted in any position.
- Configured with SS Screw type terminals.
- Available in wide variety of shapes, diameter and ratings &
can be customized also.
- SS or MS Fins are added to the body of the heating tube, to
increase the surface area for rapid heating.
- These heaters can be used in areas where liquids are to be heated
directly by immersion of heater.

Specifications:
- Incoloy 800 material is used when air is to be heated.
- Maximum watt density : 6 watt / sq. cm & 8 watt / sq. cm can
be obtained.
