By quoting the REF/250 or REF/125 construction set designations and the heater type required, the REO/250 and REO/125 reflectors are available fitted with the FSR, HFS, HSR, HTS and SHTS series ceramic infrared panel radiators.
The REO reflectors are made from polished stainless steel. They are used to hold and fix panel heaters with the dimensions 245 mm x 60 mm and 122 mm x 60 mm as well as for reflecting the IR radiation in the direction of the material to be heated.
The REF system can be used to assemble flat or curved IR radiation areas. As the electrical connections of the REF system are exposed, Elstein REF construction sets must be installed in closed heating areas or industrial ovens.
The Elstein range of products includes the EBI and EBF construction elements and the BSI and BSH construction panels as fitted heating area solution in which the electrical connections are situated in a housing.
Elstein BSI and BSH construction panels are infrared radiation areas, which can be equipped with the ceramic IR panel heaters HTS or HSR.
The ceramic infrared panel heaters are fixed to the MBO mounting sheets and are surrounded by a housing of frame and capping sections.
All housing parts consist of stainless steel resp. Aluminium so that heaters with high power can be used, too.
The BSI and BSH construction panels are factory assembled so that the user only has to do the wiring, insert the heating panel in a steel section frame to be made on site and connect the panel with the electricity mains.

Elstein EBF construction elements are assembled in our factory. They can be equipped with Elstein ceramic panel heaters FSR, HSR/1, HTS/1, SHTS/1 and FSR/2, HSR/2, HTS/2, SHTS/2, whereby it is also possible to combine different heater designs and wattages of the same types of heaters.
The ceramic infrared heaters mounted in stainless steel reflectors are inserted in the lower part of an extruded, anodised aluminium section with an H-shaped cross-section. Aluminium capping sections close the wiring space in the upper part of the section and die cast end pieces close the end faces.

They have diverse applications, in particular they range over terrariums/pets and livestock as well as breeding.
The power can be adjusted using a proprietary dimmer.

Elstein heaters IPO are ceramic infrared dark heaters with E27 screw cap.

Elstein screw heaters IPO have a power of 150 W.
The Elstein SSV safety sulphur evaporator is a ceramic heating element, which has a compartment to take the sulphur to be evaporated as well as an E27 screw cap for the electrical connection.
The ceramic body as well as the ceramic surface are mechanically and thermally stable.
The special design of SSV prevents contact between the liquid sulphur and the electrical connection, has positive influence on the thermal characteristics during operation and makes retrofitting of existing devices easily possible.
Due to its relatively high evaporation perfomance the existing number of devices can be maintained in the green house. At the same time an energy saving of up to 50 % is possible.
The operating temperature configured on 190 °C lies safely below the auto ignition temperature of sulphur.
Elstein SSV safety sulphur evaporators are available with a power of 75 W at 230 V.
Elstein RFS round panel heaters are ceramic infrared heaters with round design and can be used for operating temperatures up to 700 °C and surface ratings up to 46 kW/ m².
Heaters of the RFS Series are used for example in small thermoform devices of dental technique. Such devices are used for manufacturing dental prostheses.
The round design enables additionally an optimal heating of corresponding materials to be heated like the bottom of bottles.
Heaters of the RFS Series are available in two sizes: RFS/100 with a diameter of 100 mm and RFS/125 with 125 mm.
Elstein RFS Series heaters cover the power range of 150 W to 500 W with these two designs.
Elstein SFH super flat heaters are ceramic infrared heaters in flat design. They reach operating temperatures up to 800 °C and surface ratings up to 64 kW/ m².
The heaters of the SFH Series are very suited for applications, which require space-saving installation.
The borders of SFH heaters are used as bearing surface on a metal mounting sheet or reflector. For each heater a corresponding rounded mounting hole is required to place the heaters into them.
When mounting SFH super flat heaters a heat insulation can be added additionally. A temperature resistant insulating material like Elstein THI thermal insulation sheet can be applied on site directly on the back of the heater.
Elstein SFH super flat heaters are available in four designs and cover the power range from 60 W to 1000 W.
